If You Get Forgot Your Password in the Mint Account - Mint Supports
When you are reset your password then you should have entered the email to register for your Mint customer account, possibly verify your account, and then follow the instructions in the email you receive. Please note down the password link is only active for 24 hours. If you have tried after the 24 hour period of time. "Mint customer services could not verify who you are. Please follow the link in your email and try again".
If you know your password and simply want to change it, follow given below steps:
- Log into your account on the Mint.com.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click on the Sign-in & Security in the left sidebar.
- Click on the "change" to link in the password row.
- Enter the password and confirm your new password and type your current password in the provided fields.
- Click on the Save button.
- There are more than 8 characters
- There are at least 1 lower case, upper case letter, symbol, and number.
